Can I buy over the phone or via email?

Unfortunately, as we are not office based, we are unable to take payments using these methods. All purchases have to be made via the website.

I want to order a quantity of images but I'm finding the options confusing. What is the best option to choose?

If you don't know how many photos you want to buy or just want to buy digital images then the best/easiest option is to use the Bulk Order mode. Click on the "BULK ORDER" button then select "High Resolution Digital Images" as the product. You can then tick all the images that you want to buy. Once you have selected your photos, click on "Purchase Checked Items". The individual item price will drop at the advertised increments.

If you want to order one of our combined digital/printed photo packages, select the one you want from the product list and follow the instructions to select your images.

 

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?

Yes, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Choose pay by Credit/Debit card when given the option.

PayPal will remain the payment processor if you pay using a credit or debit card.

Are there anymore photos of my car or bike that haven't been uploaded to the website?

No, all saleable photos are uploaded by the photographer to the website. 

I have purchased my photos but I can't see how to download them.

Our website will instantly send you an order confirmation email to the address provided which contains all your download links. If you can't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. Some email providers only provide comprehensive access to their junk files when you log into their website, not when using an email client such as Outlook. 

If you cannot see the email, please advise us of a different email address on photos@msv.com and we will resend the order confirmation to you. Please "whitelist" the email address: photos@msv.com

We recommend that you do not use Microsoft based email addresses as they tend to be more problematic with very aggressive spam filters. This include Hotmail, Outlook and Office365 accounts.

 

Your digital download prices are listed as starting at £1 but my order is for a lot more. Is there an error?

Our prices start at £1 for quantities of 60 images and above. If you are buying fewer images then the individual prices will be higher. A full breakdown of the pricing tiers is available by clicking on the "PRICE LIST" button on your gallery.

Can I combine images from two or three different trackdays?

Yes you can. If you add your photos to the cart then change trackday your choices won't be lost. Bulk order discounts will be applied automatically.

You cannot take advantage of any of our packages though unfortunately. 

I want to buy all my photos, where is the option for that?

Due to orders being fulfilled instantly via the website, this is not something that we are able to offer.  Please use the "BULK ORDER" mode to select all your photos.

I have received one of my printed products but I haven't received another, where is it?

Some of our products are printed in-house but others come from external suppliers. Therefore printed products may be received at different times.

Can I use your photos for press or commercial use?

Press - Please ask the media organisation to contact us directly.

Commercial - In most instances this is permitted but please contact us first so that we can give you more information. 

As I have now bought my photos, do I own the copyright?

Unfortunately, we do not sell the copyright to our images. When purchasing images from us you are granted a personal use licence which allows you to use the image indefinitely. 

What resolution are your images?

This varies depending on the photographer and their equipment. Images should not be below 8 MegaPixel and are typically in the 18-30MP region. All images are suitable for printing up to and beyond 1 metre across.

MP refers to how many millions of pixels the image is made from. MP is not the same as MB (Megabytes) which is the file size of the image.

Can I have the RAW files?

No. Due to the practicalities of shooting RAW all our photographers shoot JPEG. RAW files are much larger and require processing before they can be sold, this is not currently feasible with trackday images.

WIll my photos be edited before I receive them?

Digital images are supplied "straight off of camera" (SOOC). Printed photos/products will be edited for exposure and composition. If you do not want your photos edited or wish to have a particular edit, please advise us in the comments field when placing your order. Extensive "photoshop" work is not included in the standard pricing.

Are there photos of my accident/crash/spin?

Unfortunately, these photos are not available to view or purchase.

My printed photo has arrived but it was damaged in transit, what happens now?

Please send a photo of the damaged packaging and item to us on photos@msv.com with the heading "BREAKAGE" and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

I want to speak to someone, how can I do that?

Unfortunately, we are not office-based and therefore not easy to contact on the phone. The best way of contacting us is via email on photos@msv.com 

Our home circuit is Bedford Autodrome, and we have a direct line (01234 332409) but are usually out on circuit. The best time to try to reach us on this number is between 4.30pm and 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

I'm attending a trackday soon and don't want any photos taken of my car/bike, can you help with that?

In the first instance, we recommend speaking to the photographer when you sign on at the circuit in the morning. Alternatively, send us an email on the day and we will forward the message to the photographer for you.

If you wish to have photographs removed from the website, please send us an email listing the photograph numbers you want removed. We are only able to remove photos where your vehicle is the main subject of the photo. Removal will happen within 7 days.

Can I book an exclusive photographer for a trackday/other event?

Yes you can. Costs vary depending on the circuit and the level of coverage required. Please email us for more information on photos@msv.com 

Can I download my Drive! photo?

Photos from MSV Drive! events are available to download direct from https://drive.msv.com/photos
